Dear Mrs.Maha Arram,

I've been searching the web for the Montessori, and found out that this strategy in teaching depends on combining several senses to learn. It is somehow similar to Gardner's theory of multiple intelligence.

I will post the pins that I found really interesting about what is Montessori in this blog.

As I understood, learning will occur in the classroom only through activities, therefore I believe the school should provide a Co-teacher in all subjects even the Arabic, Religion, and Social Studies Arabic.

According, the school will have to find a break time for teachers alone and another separate one for the Co-teachers(if they are the same Co-teachers used in both English and Arabic subjects).

I strongly believe that every head should prepare the activities along with her/his teachers as well as with those who are certified. It is not an easy task especially that about only 3% of the entire school teachers are authentically certified to teach Montessori.

Workshops should be scheduled and we should start as fast as we can.

I think ICT is somehow following the Montessori methods especially after purchasing the techno kid curriculum last year, and implementing the new teaching strategies acquired from the diploma. Such a curriculum explains in a very interactive way the commands, then asks the students to present his/her work by his/her own creativity. Which is similar to the Montessori target somehow.

I hope it is a helping blogBest regards,Mrs.Radwa Maher
